On the one hand, the notion of Truth is something that has been, is, and will always be without ever-changing and this is why this notion is generally expressed as "The Truth is...". From this lense, the Truth is really perfection itself. Not sure how much you know about life but only God is Perfect, so the Truth comes from God and the Truth is God.
There are other restricted aspects of the notion of truth that are well-known to us, like when you say “I told the truth” meaning you revealed or shared everything to the best of your knowledge or you did not lie.
On the other hand, the Notion of Justice implies the existence of Laws. Justice is manifested as a sanction or something that is rendered to perfection to the author as prescribed by the Law. The Living Laws are the regulators of both the Creation and all Creatures in it. Because the Laws act strictly in accordance with God’s Will and God himself being Perfect, therefore the Laws are absolutely perfect as well. Unlike Human Laws, these Laws are Living Laws meaning they are not static, they are active, in constant movement or action.
The Laws render Justice. Since the Living Laws are Actions that render Justice to perfection, it is therefore to the same thing as saying Justice is Truth in Action. One can also say, “Justice is Perfection in Action”, Or “Justice is God in Action”, or “Justice is the Living Laws in Action”, or “Justice is Truth in Action”, and these expressions will be equal and accurate.
