The overall objective for this episode was to show my fellow listeners the level of responsibility and control they have over their state of happiness. It is well known that everyone is responsible for their own happiness but no one has so far been able to break it down in ways that even children can understand.
Only Two (2) Options to Choose From:
At any given moment we have to decide whether we want to invest our energy in things that we control or in things that we don't control. It's important to mention that these two(2) things (That I call buckets) are inter-dependent because they don't exist in a vacuum.

First Level of Responsibility: Where to Spend Your Energy
Our first level of responsibility consists of deciding where we want to spend the limited amount of energy that we humanly have at our disposal. Each one of us only has two types of things to deal with in life. (1) things that we don't control and (2) things that we control.

The things that we don't control are:
Other Human Beings
Nature
Material Objects
The things that we control are:
Our Thoughts
Our Words
Our Actions
Second Level Of Responsibility: How to Spend Your Energy

Navigation Tools
Things that happen or are initiated (Action) in one bucket trigger a reaction in the other and vice-versa. Our overall responsibility resides in how we chose to use the tools available to us whether as we decided to initiate or react to something.
Actions: Actions are the things we want to do to satisfy a desire (wants or needs)
Reactions: Reactions is the things we want to do in response to thins that were initiated in the "Don't Control" bucket
Navigation Tools: There are three tools available to each one of us to navigate life with. Our thoughts, words, and actions. We initiate the navigation process by switching these tools individually in one of the two possible positions: (1) Positive or (2) Negative. It doesn't matter whether it is an action or a reaction, we choose to position the switches. Collectively, they can either be in alignment (All Positive or Negative) or mismatched in various combinations and/or intensity.
The Laws of Universe:

Our freedom of choice ends as soon as the choice is made. The Laws of Nature also known as Universal Laws take over the remaining phase of the process and will accurately manufacture the fruits that we will have to harvest and taste through a series of life experiences. These experiences can be either pleasant and joyful or unpleasant or painful.
